Way back in the day I was completely addicted to sunflower seeds in the shell. It was a total nervous habit; I was eating something like two pounds a week. I was like a chain smoker, except with seeds. Pop them, suck them, shell them, spit them; hundreds ( maybe thousands?) of times a day. I eventually had to quit, at some point my body started rejecting them and I nearly choked to death a few times (seriously), but it was probably for the best. Compulsive habits are bad. What I said. It is not the conclusion that the real about Frito Lay. You check out this article for information on anyone want to know is Frito Lay.Frito LayA integrate years after I kicked the habit, I started seeing a version of my favorite snack that already been shelled (the shells were my problem). I jumped on that band wagon in a hurry. I like them, a lot, but they don't satisfy that 'nervous energy' thing. That's the only knock. Anyways, I found this singular brand at Wal-Mart for about .00, an incredibly good deal for the money. I've tried several brands before; Planters, Frito Lay, Lance, and a few others. I wont say these are better, but they're without fail just as good as those guys, and at a much better price point. Cool thing is; they sell them in multiple flavors! I've seen sunflower seeds in the shell with flavorings, but never the pre-shelled ones. Nutritionally, it's a mixed bag. Calories are a slight bit high; colse to 200 per serving (1/4 cup). A serving of these is very filling though, quite perhaps 'meal replacement' filling, depending on how much you like to eat. I use them as an occasional lunch on the go. Nuts/seeds are high in fat, but it's the good fat that we all need in our diet. These seeds have some nutritional value as well; 20% of vitamin E and phosphorus, 15% folic acid, 10% iron and magnesium, and a slight iron sprinkled in too. Bottom line; they taste surely good, they're fairly good for you, cheaply priced, I surely see no down sides. If you enjoy the flavor of sunflower seeds, you'll enjoy these. Easy recommendation! I hope you have new knowledge about Frito Lay. Where you may put to use in your evryday life. And most significantly, your reaction is passed. Read more.. Good Sense Sunflower Nuts. |
