Ingredients:

Directions:
In a saucepan, incorporate the cocoa, vanilla and sugar. Pour in just a tiny bit of hot water, just enough to melt the chocolate. Be just not to add too much. After the chocolate is melted add the milk. Heat over medium-low to medium heat until hot. Pour half of a mug full of the chocolate blend and then fill the rest of the way with the coffee.Stir and enjoy.

*The above formula can have the coffee omitted to come to be a hot chocolate drink.

Ingredients:
Milk Chocolate powder Whipped cream Espresso Chocolate syrupDirections:
Make an espresso shot. Spoon two (2) tablespoons of chocolate powder in a milk steaming cup. Pour enough milk into the steaming cup for the size of cup you are using and stir until the chocolate is dissolved. Steam the milk to 140 degrees (I hold my hand on the steaming cup to gauge temperature, I prefer my hot coffees a little cooler than the typical person.) Pour the espresso into your coffee mug. Pour the hot milk and chocolate blend into your mug.Top off with whip cream and chocolate syrup.

Simple Iced Mocha

Ingredients:
1/2cup brewed coffee. 1/2 cup chocolate milk 2 tablespoons chocolate milk powder mix.Directions:
In a large glass (or package with a well sealing lid) add the chocolate milk and chocolate milk powder mix. Stir well (until the chocolate mix is dissolved) Pour in the coffee, stir well. Chill for practically 4 hours before serving.Custom Mocha Frappuccino

This mocha Frappuccino is made according to your tastes, let your best judgment conclude how much of each ingredient to use.
