Go to File Menu -> New -> Project

Choose your flavor (Vb or C#) whichever you are comfortable working with in the left pane.

Now opt web services Asp.Net Web aid from the list on the right pane.

Choose the code view because it does not have much of a designed interface as you will plainly write some codes. But do not get scared yet.

Now that your page is open, closely view the commented code. It Is one web aid that Microsoft as written for you.

This is a pure Hello World example. Remember when you started off programming?

Now plainly uncomment this code.

Go to Build -> Build Solution

Then run your project.

It will show you your first Ever web aid you made yourself.
